Role Summary:

This is a permanent, part-time role that allows for flexibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for making pricing decisions across our various brands, operating 7 days a week during specified hours.

Key pricing responsibilities include but are not limited to:
daily market assessments, compliance with regulations, evaluating volume and margin factors, and adapting to market changes.



Key Responsibilities:

Daily Pricing Management:

Analyze pricing data submitted by stations.

This includes reviewing submitted prices, assessing pricing strategies, evaluating current fuel margins, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Address inquiries from internal teams and external partners.


Customer Service - Phone Support:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to pricing and system inquiries.

This involves communication with team members and site representatives regarding pricing accuracy and operational issues.



Customer Service - Email Management:

Review and respond to requests submitted via our shared mailbox, directing inquiries as necessary and addressing those related to pricing.

Requests may involve site operations, pricing discrepancies, and technical issues.



Daily Pricing Adjustments:

Establish reset prices for daily market adjustments.

This includes data entry into spreadsheets, communication with relevant stakeholders, and updating our pricing platform.



Backup Responsibilities:
Assist with regulated pricing, report management, and compliance with site surveys.

Training will be provided to support backup roles as needed.



Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Tableau)
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
  • Bilingual proficiency is essential
  • Analytical skills are a plus
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous
