We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our team at Parkland Corporation. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in making pricing decisions for all our banners across Canada, 7 days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Pricing: Review surveys sent by stations to our pricing system, ensuring that prices are accurate and compliant with regulatory processes.
- Customer Service: Respond to internal teams and external business partners, resolving issues related to pricing, system malfunctions, and other customer inquiries.
- Reset Pricing: Create reset prices for daily reset markets, entering prices in Excel sheets, sending emails to recipient lists, and updating our pricing platform.
- Back-up Duties: Assist with regulated pricing, manage reports, and perform other duties as needed, including training and back-up support for Price Coordinators.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent.
- Requirements: Attention to detail, teamwork and group communication, computer software skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Tableau), bilingualism, analytical experience, and customer service experience.
