KPMG Office Operations Coordinator Job Overview

KPMG is on the lookout for an Office Operations Coordinator to assist with various tasks to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Oversee eFax inbox and courier responsibilities
  • Support invoice processing, order office supplies, and facilitate office relocations
  • Provide reception coverage and assist with credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare meeting spaces, assist with printing and copying tasks, and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Offer support to File Clerks and Reception as required
Qualifications:
  • Strong commitment to guest service and professionalism
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work autonomously, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality
  • Collaborative team player with technical skills
  • Able to lift packages weighing up to 50lbs
  • Preferred post-secondary education in a relevant field
KPMG Compensation Information:
