We manage over 320 million square feet of client portfolios across 30,000+ locations in North America, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and Asia. Our services include:

Facility Management

• Deliver exceptional day-to-day service to our team members and our landlords/property managers within established agreements and contracts

• Develop relationships with clients, landlords, property managers, building operators, etc.

• Provide first-level problem resolution of low-medium complexity

• Assist in the development and implementation of programs with minimal risk/impact to the organization

Operational Efficiency

• Support the implementation of initiatives that support Corporate Real Estate strategy

• Coordinate facility and/or infrastructure services

• Support budgeting process where required

• Manage, maintain, and ensure data integrity for the facility and/or infrastructure services database – Google Drive

• Support TELUS Corporate Real Estate team and its initiatives as required

Work Styles

• Conduct mobile workstation audits as required

• Conduct mobile drawer audits as required

• Conduct floor audits to meet tidy workplace and safe work environments as required

• Conduct LAN room audits

Administrative Support

• Provide support for administrative building-related questions

• IT troubleshooting (printers, phones, not overly technical)

• Equipment management (AC adapters, headsets, network cords)

• Special event support where required

• Provide support as required for TELUS Corporate Concierge

• Reception desk duties as required

Requirements

• Fluent English both oral and written

• Proficient with Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude and a willingness to help

• High School diploma or equivalent

Compensation

This is a regular, full-time position with an hourly range of $23.50 per hour. The starting hourly wage will be based on the successful candidate's competencies, including but not limited to experience, education, and performance related to this role.
