About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk and Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception: Greet clients in a friendly and inviting manner, efficiently triage and transfer incoming calls, respond to client inquiries and complaints, and manage Outlook meeting room calendars.
  • Mail and Courier Support: Receive and process all incoming and outgoing couriers, monitor courier/fax logs, and ensure postage is allocated to the correct cost centers.
  • Administration: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, receive and process incoming invoices, and prepare payment coding instruction details for Accounts Payable.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Post-Secondary Education in Business, Finance, or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience working in a reception and/or mail/print position.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot mailing and labeling equipment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
