Position Overview:

The Euclid Chemical Co. is looking for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist. This full-time role is pivotal in managing the order process, from initial order placement to coordination of product manufacturing and delivery. The ideal candidate will engage with clients and collaborate with our sales team via phone and email, requiring exceptional communication abilities, a knack for mastering intricate order systems, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a 2-year Business degree or 1-5 years of experience in Customer Service is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a substantial volume of incoming calls.
  • Accurately input orders, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, commission distributions, special requirements, and product details.
  • Utilize sales techniques to enhance orders, suggest alternative products, convert inquiries into sales, and introduce new offerings.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships through effective service and complaint resolution.
  • Collaborate with the customer service manager to expedite orders and enhance scheduling.
  • Oversee the manufacturing location, scheduling, shipment, and delivery of products, prioritizing and negotiating product availability.
  • Inform sales management and field representatives about customer feedback regarding service levels.
  • Adhere to policy guidelines concerning stock orders, special charges, quality compliance, and commission structures.
  • Regularly follow up on order statuses and communicate any changes to clients or sales representatives, working with production management to meet client needs.
  • Work closely with Regional Managers on relevant service and support matters, account development, sales training, and inventory management.
  • Advise on stock levels and changes based on sales team direction to the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Provide support for the entire Customer Service Department as needed.
  • Take on special projects as required.
  • Commit to the company's safety and quality initiatives.
