Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to enhance our customer service operations. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our corporate branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of hotline sub-teams, focusing on productivity, quality, and turnaround time to meet key performance indicators.
- Support the Senior Manager in driving strategic business initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Manage customer service operations with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Implement digital transformation strategies and monitor the effectiveness of digital solutions.
- Develop risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures for customer care.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Lead a team responsible for sales administration tasks and daily sales support operations.
- Resolve customer complaints, including those referred by regulators or sales channels.
- Identify service gaps through investigation and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service operations with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the security or services industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in managing profit and loss statements.
- Relevant experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
