Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to enhance our customer service operations. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our corporate branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of hotline sub-teams, focusing on productivity, quality, and turnaround time to meet key performance indicators.
  • Support the Senior Manager in driving strategic business initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Manage customer service operations with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Implement digital transformation strategies and monitor the effectiveness of digital solutions.
  • Develop risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures for customer care.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Lead a team responsible for sales administration tasks and daily sales support operations.
  • Resolve customer complaints, including those referred by regulators or sales channels.
  • Identify service gaps through investigation and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service operations with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the security or services industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in managing profit and loss statements.
  • Relevant experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
