Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to enhance our customer experience. As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will handle customer inquiries related to orders from our distribution centers, working alongside a team of professional bilingual specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders received through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms, for both Canadian and American markets.
  • Evaluate customer orders and accounts to propose optimal solutions that save time and resources.
  • Manage inventory transactions and logistics requests using various software tools.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers and the sales team regarding product availability and recommend suitable alternatives.
  • Follow up on overdue orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate product delivery schedules.

A Day in the Role:

Your day will begin by being available for incoming calls, primarily from our dealer network. The majority of inquiries will be handled through a ticketing system via email. As you progress through your day, you will collaborate with various internal teams, enhancing your understanding of our processes and products, which will aid in your career growth. Utilize downtime to refine your skills in ERPs and Microsoft Suite to improve both internal and external processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to ownership in every interaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, a positive demeanor, and keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up effectively within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Self-motivated with a quick learning aptitude.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX) is a plus.
