Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries related to services, schedules, and operations.
  • Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
  • Address service disruptions promptly, offering alternative solutions.
  • Oversee baggage handling and manage any excess baggage fees.
  • Facilitate safe and timely boarding and deplaning processes.
