Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the food service department at JJBG Holdings Inc. This role requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality service.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize staff productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff.
- Provide training to team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Prepare and manage budget forecasts and cost estimations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit regular operational reports.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure presentation and accuracy.
Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
- Physically demanding tasks involved.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptability and teamwork orientation.
- Proactive and dependable in all tasks.
