Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Supervisor at S & J Trude Holdings Inc. is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services. This position involves overseeing the daily activities of food preparation and service, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff.
  • Training: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality control standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
  • Food Delivery Oversight: Supervise and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure efficiency.
Supervisory Scope

This position involves managing a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
