Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the food service department, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.

This role is set in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure.
