The role of the Food Service Supervisor at Bent Taco involves overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates for operations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit detailed reports on operations.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays and ensure timely delivery of food services.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods is essential.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
