The role of the Food Services Supervisor at S & J Trude Holdings Inc. is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services. This position requires a dedicated individual who can lead a team effectively and maintain high standards of food quality and service.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary school is mandatory.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
This position involves supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Work EnvironmentThe role is set in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure.
