KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage packing and shipping operations
  • Generate shipping documentation utilizing carrier-specific software
  • Possess knowledge of international shipping regulations and demonstrate proficiency in packing and shipping processes, including the use of vacuum sealers, palletizing, and strapping
  • Familiarity with UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL for both domestic and international shipments
  • Experience with AES direct is advantageous
  • Retrieve kits from the stockroom and assist in inventory management and processing transactions for shipping and receiving instruments

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Capability to lift heavy equipment as required
  • Proficient in reading, comprehending, and adhering to written instructions
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal directives
  • Compliance with strict ESD and cleanroom protocols is mandatory
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus
