Pricing Strategy Manager

Envision Financial is in search of a Pricing Strategy Manager to enhance our team.
This position will report to the Director of Product & Pricing and will utilize analytical tools and insights from various departments, collaborating with Enterprise Insights and S-K&P to develop financial models that inform product and pricing strategies for our members. This role will serve as a pricing consultant to regional leadership, leveraging data analysis expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to the pricing team, including mentoring, training, and professional development. Establish annual objectives and oversee performance management processes while ensuring the timely completion and accuracy of critical tasks. Analytical Oversight: Lead the analytical functions within the pricing team. Play a pivotal role in formulating and executing the overall pricing strategy in alignment with the strategic goals of Envision Financial. Financial Modeling & Pricing Development: Develop and manage various pricing tools and calculators to create financial scenarios that support growth in deposits and loans, as well as revenue generation. Prepare comprehensive pricing recommendations for the pricing committee, grounded in thorough analysis of both external and internal factors. Maintain interest rate data within the system. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the pricing subject matter expert, engaging both internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative product and pricing solutions for our members. Provide coaching to stakeholders on pricing-related matters and serve as a pricing consultant to regional leadership.Risk Management & Compliance: Assist the Director in overseeing the pricing governance process, including organizing pricing subcommittee meetings and ensuring compliance with pricing regulations. Reporting & Performance Metrics: Identify, prepare, and report on key performance indicators related to dynamic pricing.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Quantitative fields such as Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Accounting; a Master's degree is preferred. Professional designations such as CFA, CPA, FRM, or equivalent are required or in progress. A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, risk management, or treasury roles. Preferred experience in treasury analytics, applying statistical techniques and business logic to data and pricing of banking products. A growth mindset, as this role is situated in a rapidly evolving environment. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, with a track record of influencing leadership teams and crafting compelling business cases. Familiarity with banking products is advantageous. Proficiency in SQL is essential. Knowledge of R programming language is a plus. Demonstrated understanding of risk management and adherence to policies and procedures. Compensation Information Salary Range: $87,280 - $111,800. Please note that this salary range is intended as a guideline. The final compensation may vary based on various factors, including bonuses and/or incentives, as well as the candidate's skills and experience.
