Local Sales Pricing Analyst



Reporting Structure:

Reports to the Director of Pricing Analytics & System Management.

Position Overview:

This full-time, permanent role is integral to the pricing management of various product categories. The analyst will leverage analytical skills to support pricing strategy recommendations, collaborate with the Pricing Strategy team to gather essential data for pricing decisions, and oversee performance analytics to enhance profitability. The position requires strong communication skills to convey findings and suggest actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative pricing strategies using analytical insights and tools.
  • Assess pricing lever modifications and evaluate their effects on profitability and customer behavior.
  • Conduct performance analysis to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within third-party pricing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs and design solutions for pricing challenges.
  • Adhere to food safety policies and procedures to meet quality and legality standards.
  • Report any hazards or incidents promptly to management.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by actively participating in safety practices.
  • Perform additional duties as required.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of three years of analytical experience, with proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience in pricing models and configurations.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, across various organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is an asset.
