The **Senior Pricing Analyst** will play a crucial role in developing, assessing, and sustaining pricing frameworks; performing pricing evaluations; and partnering with various teams to formulate competitive pricing approaches. This position involves assisting in the establishment of pricing tiers, tracking pricing effectiveness, and pinpointing areas for enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing pricing model documentation, ensuring collaboration with P&L stakeholders for precise model input.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to create competitive pricing models for both new and renewal opportunities.
  • Evaluate pricing data and market dynamics to craft effective pricing strategies.
  • Keep an eye on competitor pricing and suggest modifications to uphold competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise pricing for new offerings.
  • Assess pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct pricing evaluations to understand the impact of pricing adjustments on overall business performance.
  • Assist in determining pricing levels for products and services based on cost assessments and market insights.
  • Maintain pricing information and ensure accuracy in pricing computations.
  • Identify opportunities for pricing enhancements and implement initiatives accordingly.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing analysis or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with pricing methodologies and strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in benefits administration is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English and French) is an advantage.
