Senior Product Manager - Marketing Technology

We are on the lookout for a seasoned product manager with significant expertise in marketing technology and a strong background in collaborating with marketing teams, especially in the realm of performance marketing. Your responsibilities will include bridging the gap between product and marketing technology to optimize customer acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineers, marketers, and product teams to enhance our marketing technology capabilities
  • Identify and evaluate critical metrics for informed decision-making and success tracking
  • Build robust relationships and gain a deep understanding of our marketing team’s needs
  • Oversee projects within the team and ensure alignment across Thumbtack
  • Serve as a pivotal organizational figure, taking on various roles as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management
  • A minimum of 1 year in direct marketing or customer acquisition roles
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical abilities for effective problem-solving
  • Demonstrated capacity for cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Experience in a marketplace business context
  • Prior engagement in high-growth startup environments
