About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Technology Manager to join our team at Takeaway. As a key member of our Marketing Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and innovation strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Lead the integration of various marketing tools and platforms to ensure seamless data exchange and effective marketing operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data models and reporting tools, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to objectives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing technology stacks, ensuring all tools are effective and utilized to their full potential
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field, and/or experience
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence are highly desirable
  • Over 10+ years of proven experience in Marketing Technology, with 5+ years leading a team in this space
  • Profound knowledge of the latest technologies, solutions, and tools, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Braze, SQL, HTML, AMPScript, Google Suite, Google Analytics, and Tableau
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ability to enhance customer experience through technology
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, cross-functional teams, and projects, fostering collaboration, innovation, and data-informed decision making
  • Ambitious and able to work well alongside other high-performers while being eager to support teammates
  • Receptive to coaching and strives for constant self-improvement
  • Able to understand and communicate data, insights, and trends, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized and excels at planning and prioritizing tasks
