- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product and development team, staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the product remains competitive and forward-looking.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with a focus on capital markets or financial technology, and experience with Blue Matrix or other Research Authoring and Distribution platform being preferred.
- Skills: Deep understanding of capital markets and research, financial research, and technology trends, proficiency in product management tools, data analysis, and familiarity with software development processes, proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
