Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our client accounts, develop strategic plans, and manage a team of account managers. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers, strong communicators, and adept at client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage multiple affiliate programs, including program development, launch, and optimization
- Analyze client metrics to inform business decisions and improve program performance
- Forecast and budget affiliate programs to ensure optimal ROI
- Lead recruitment and communication with affiliates to build strong relationships
- Strengthen affiliate relationships through regular communication and issue resolution
- Improve affiliate performance through data-driven insights and strategic planning
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on management and strategy
