Position Overview

The Food Service Administrator at Arirang Restaurant plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary establishment. This position requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and operational management to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget to assess the costs associated with food, beverages, and essential supplies.
  • Operational Evaluation: Regularly assess daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Staff Oversight: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Daily Operations Planning: Organize and plan daily activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Recruitment: Identify and recruit qualified staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage staff work schedules to optimize service and operational needs.
  • Supervision: Directly supervise a team of 5-10 employees, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
