Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the dining component, including the supervision of the front-line team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise daily staffing levels to control labor costs and drive efficiency from all staff.
  • Cost Control: Retain control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit service and quality on a regular basis to ensure high standards are met.
  • Adherence to Standards: Adhere to all standards and established tracking procedures daily to maintain consistency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Teamwork and Service: Supervise teamwork and service on a regular basis to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Employee Relations: Supervise day-to-day employee issues in a professional manner while adhering to all Aramark policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Support and implement training programs that develop skills to better serve guests, build repeat business, grow revenue, and improve morale.
  • Performance Management: Assist in annual employee reviews and supervise interim performance issues.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Ensure all employees are trained according to company standards for safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Culinary Management, Hospitality, Nutrition, or related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in the food service industry as a Supervisor.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Flexible; evening and weekend work may be required.
