We are seeking a passionate and experienced Luxury Dining Operations Director to lead and inspire our teams across multiple locations. This role will play a vital part in ensuring that Auberge du Pommier's values, policies, procedures, and standards are consistently upheld while driving operational excellence and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize sales and profitability across all restaurant locations.
  • Mentor and guide restaurant management teams in achieving financial goals and budgets.
  • Monitor expenses closely, ensuring efficient cost-control practices are implemented throughout the organization.
  • Introduce new corporate initiatives and programs to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for improvement within existing operations and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions that drive excellence.
  • Analyze guest feedback and work with restaurant managers to set and achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Restaurant Managers to provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition, staff planning, and career development initiatives within the organization.
  • Cultivate a strong management pipeline by fostering leadership skills and promoting internal growth opportunities.
  • Oversee formal and informal recognition programs to celebrate team achievements and foster a positive work environment.
  • Share best practices and successful strategies across all restaurants to elevate overall performance and guest experiences.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in upscale dining operations and management, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams, develop talent, and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong financial acumen and business understanding, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and a focus on driving results.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable dining moments.
