Reporting to the Manager, this role involves coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dining component, including the supervision of front-line staff.

Your Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency among all team members.
  • Maintain control over production costs, supply expenses, and inventory by adhering to established operational standards.
  • Regularly audit service quality and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all established tracking procedures and standards on a daily basis.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address employee issues professionally and in accordance with Aramark policies and procedures.
  • Support and implement training programs designed to enhance staff skills, improve guest service, and drive revenue growth.
  • Assist in annual employee performance reviews and manage interim performance concerns.
  • Ensure all employees receive comprehensive training on safety, health, and sanitation protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
  • A Diploma or Degree in Culinary Management, Hospitality, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry as a Supervisor.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven customer service expertise.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
