The Team

The Global Banking and Markets Engineering department is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Business Analysis (Derivatives Technology) to oversee significant multi-disciplinary initiatives aimed at delivering solutions to business requirements, while providing ongoing support to all designated units on a global scale. The selected candidate will be expected to manage direct reports in the future and collaborate effectively with other teams to introduce new functionalities to the business.

  • Independently tackle highly intricate, multi-dimensional challenges to fulfill the business needs of our Rates Derivatives Business, utilizing advanced financial and technological expertise to design methodologies, models, and/or systems solutions.
  • Oversee multi-disciplinary initiatives to implement solutions to business challenges, including resource planning, securing, and scheduling, defining business requirements and processes, and developing comprehensive project plans.
  • Deliver business support to all units globally, encompassing both new and existing products, deal structuring, user training, and the design and implementation of systems enhancements.
  • Continuously acquire and enhance knowledge of our business strategies and policies, risk management practices, product offerings, financial markets, and technology.
  • Effectively manage and supervise business analysis personnel by establishing performance expectations, monitoring outcomes, and providing constructive feedback.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • 8 years of practical experience in requirement gathering and business analysis.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of business analysts.
  • Prior experience with financial instruments, including OTC derivative products.
  • Strong understanding of current EDP practices and system development methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
