Senior Manager, Business Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our team at Tangerine Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts and driving business analysis initiatives to support the growth and success of our digital bank.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership
- Manage a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Champion a high-performance environment, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Lead and develop business analysis initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Ensure business analysis deliverables are clearly documented, accurately understood, and thoroughly tested.
- Develop and implement business analysis strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive business value.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Communicate business analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring that they are clearly understood and actionable.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business results.
- Strong business analysis skills, with experience in developing and implementing business analysis strategies.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
