Job Title: Senior Manager Business Analysis

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Business Analysis to join our Global Banking and Markets Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing major multi-disciplinary projects to implement solutions to business needs, providing ongoing support to all assigned units globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently resolve highly complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs of our Rates Derivatives Business, by applying advanced financial and technological knowledge to the design of methodologies, models, and/or systems solutions.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary projects to implement solutions to business problems, including planning, securing, and scheduling resources, defining business requirements and processes, and developing detailed project plans.
  • Provide business support to all units globally, including new and existing products and deal structuring, user training, and designing and implementing systems enhancements.
  • Continually acquire and enhance knowledge of our business strategies and policies, risk management practices, product offerings, financial markets, and technology.
  • Effectively manage and supervise business analysis staff by setting performance expectations, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.

Requirements

  • 8 years of hands-on requirement gathering/business analysis experience.
  • Experience managing and coaching a team of business analysts.
  • Prior experience working on financial instruments, including OTC derivative products.
  • Solid understanding of current EDP practices and system development techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
