What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Business Systems Analysis and Delivery Governance team. As a key member of our Retail Investments Technology organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of Business System Analysts who support the delivery of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Business System Analysts to deliver high-quality business solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement governance standards and processes to ensure compliance with our Enterprise Initiative Management Policy and Standards.
  • Partner with Portfolio Management to understand business strategies and support resource planning activities.
  • Ensure the quality of requirement deliverables and requirements estimates produced by the team.
  • Drive the maturation of our Requirements framework and agile delivery capabilities, including Behavior-Driven Development.
  • Apply process-driven recruitment practices to facilitate team staffing and selection.
  • Build a shared understanding of the Business System Analyst's role in the organization.
  • Establish an effective peer coaching structure within the team to support the growth and development of junior analysts.
  • Ensure that employees understand our vision and values, and support and reinforce targeted behaviors that contribute to our goals.
  • Manage performance through regular coaching discussions and provide transparency on employee ratings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Senior Manager, Business Systems Analysis, in various delivery methodologies, including Agile and Iterative.
  • Domain knowledge in banking/Retail Investment products, data warehousing, data models, and data integration.
  • Experience providing coaching and support to Business Analysts in requirements planning, analysis, and documentation.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in requirements planning and prioritization, stakeholder analysis, and effort estimation.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Knowledge of Portfolio cost management, assumptions, and risk-based planning, risk assessment, status reporting, and general administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, Mural, Figma, and MS Office applications.
  • Adept in using Behavior-Driven Development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute – Professional in Business Analysis (PMI – PBA) Certification.
  • Master Certificate in Business Analysis.
