Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analysis Manager at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of business requirements on large programs. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of business analysts to ensure effective delivery of business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Communication
    • Collaborate with portfolio management and project management to ensure effective delivery of overall portfolio needs.
    • Advocate the value of business analysis to business and technology stakeholders.
    • Facilitate conflict resolution by clarifying business analysis role and responsibilities on projects and programs.
    • Provide guidance, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to build the capabilities of the business analysis team.
  • Business Analysis Planning
    • Perform stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups.
    • Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements.
    • Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements.
  • Requirements Analysis and Documentation
    • Engage large and diverse business stakeholder groups to facilitate requirements discovery, analysis, and review.
    • Apply key elicitation techniques and advanced facilitation techniques to conduct large workshops.
    • Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation.
