Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Prominent Logistics Services. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Task Management: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and delegate work to office support staff.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
