  • Manage and oversee daily operational activities
  • Assess and enhance daily operational efficiency
  • Organize and plan daily workflows
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Supervise the classification and evaluation of job roles
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Guide the development of communication strategies
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information
  • Supervise the preparation of reports
  • Procure office supplies and manage inventory
  • Oversee payroll functions
  • Deliver exceptional customer serviceWork Environment
