About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at 2484167 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Technology: Utilize various software applications, including QuickBooks, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office, to perform data entry and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
