Education: Completion of secondary school diploma is required.

Experience: Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a related role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and refine administrative workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Assign tasks to office support personnel effectively.
  • Set work priorities to ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Implement policies and procedures for handling records in compliance with government access and privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate and strategize for office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in developing the operational budget while overseeing inventory and financial controls.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks.
  • Provide training and support to staff members.
  • Supervise and streamline office administrative processes.
  • Address and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Manage payroll functions.
  • Plan and oversee budgetary allocations and expenditures.

Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.
