About the Role
Movati Athletic is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing our team members, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performance team to achieve service objectives
- Provide managerial oversight and support to team members to ensure they receive the feedback they need to further their careers
- Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement annual business plans and review club P&L statements
- Ensure KPIs are used effectively to drive business results and meet budgetary goals
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading, motivating, and coaching high-performance teams
- Proven track record of achieving operational success and delivering meaningful membership and customer growth
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
