Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Facilities and Capital Asset Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our facilities management and capital asset management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management and capital asset management plans to ensure the maintenance and upgrade of our facilities.
- Lead and manage a team of facilities professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and support to our residents and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize capital projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets for facilities maintenance, capital projects, and other related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for facilities management and capital asset management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to improve our facilities management and capital asset management processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in facilities management and capital asset management, preferably in the senior living sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale renovation projects and budgets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to travel within your region and across Ontario as required.
