Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to join our team at FASTER-GAS INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Additional Services: Coordinate with external vendors to arrange for specialized services such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
