Head Custodian

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Custodian to join our team at FASTER-GAS INC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
