Faster-Gas Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training
We are looking for someone who can hire and train a team of cleaning staff to meet our high standards. If you have experience in staff management and training, we want to hear from you.
Site InspectionsYou will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our safety and cleanliness standards. This includes inspecting sites or facilities to identify any potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate them.
Financial ManagementWe are looking for someone who can prepare budgets and cost estimates for our cleaning operations. If you have experience in financial management, we want to hear from you.
Co-ordination and SchedulingYou will be responsible for co-ordinating the work activities of our cleaning staff and establishing work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned to the highest standard.
Requirements- Education
A college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.
ExperienceAt least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
Working Conditions- Work Language
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Hours of Work35 hours per week.
