Position Overview
We are looking for a committed Cleaning Operations Supervisor to lead our cleaning services. The successful candidate will possess a background in hospitality, commercial cleaning, or facility management. This position demands exceptional leadership qualities and meticulous attention to detail to uphold superior cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor cleaning personnel
- Create and enforce cleaning protocols
- Ensure thorough cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms and shared spaces
- Oversee the inventory of cleaning materials and tools
- Conduct inspections of rooms and facilities to guarantee adherence to quality benchmarks
- Address guest feedback and special requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in cleaning management or a related field
- Familiarity with cleaning methodologies and safe chemical practices
- Strong planning and time-management capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to perform under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $19.50-$24.00 per hour
Expected Work Hours: 40 hours per week
