Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 /year (full-time / permanent)

Role Overview:

As a Project Coordinator at On Side, you will oversee and manage all facets of property restoration following various types of disasters. If you prefer a dynamic work environment rather than being confined to a single location, this role offers the chance to visit multiple job sites while enjoying the support of a local branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate a smooth process for clients.
  • Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the project.
  • Take ownership of the project, as it reflects your professional standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to property owners, businesses, and families.
  • Evaluate damage and define the necessary scope of work.
  • Lead and guide restoration teams in a collaborative environment during: disaster recovery efforts (e.g., water damage, fire and smoke damage, weather-related damage), cleaning and packing, rebuilding, and project completion.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the restoration field.
  • Familiarity with Xactimate software.
  • A strong commitment to customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work after hours and on weekends as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective priority management skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly in an MS Office environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Clear criminal background check.

Important Note:

  • As emergencies can arise at any time, participation in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule is mandatory.
