Role Responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee project activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure accountability for project budgets, costs, timelines, and provide accurate monthly forecasts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, site superintendents, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Organize project teams into effective workgroups and guide them in delivering results according to specifications
Candidate Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a project role with a mid-size to large general contractor
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field (equivalent education and experience may be considered)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire project teams through a hands-on approach
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
