Role Responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee project activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Ensure accountability for project budgets, costs, timelines, and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, site superintendents, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Organize project teams into effective workgroups and guide them in delivering results that meet specifications.
Candidate Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a project role with a mid-size to large general contractor.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field (equivalent education and experience may be considered).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire project teams through a hands-on approach from start to finish.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
