About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve client experience metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and branch operating procedures.
Requirements
  • College diploma and four to six years of experience in customer service management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of experience in personnel management and coaching.
  • Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) title is mandatory.
  • Experience in business development and customer service.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
