Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Tasking: You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including taking orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our guests receive seamless service and that our restaurant runs smoothly.
  • Communication: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with your colleagues and guests, including taking orders, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
