We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Customs Coordinator to join our team at Fed Supply, a leading employment agency specializing in supply chain, logistics, transportation, and customer service. Our team of experts operates in the Greater Montreal area, serving clients in the food export sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics of shipping goods in consolidation for national and international trade shows. This includes collaborating with road and air carriers and international agents to define the necessary conditions for shipment, as well as guiding companies participating in trade fairs on procedures for shipping their goods in consolidation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Validating the conformity of customs documents
  • Responding to members' requests concerning customs compliance and regulations for food products
  • Auditing carrier invoices and preparing documentation for billables
  • Providing support for the small parcel shipping service and our shipping platform
  • Assisting the Director in the development of new services
  • Promoting services

Requirements for the role include:

  • DEC in transportation logistics or other relevant training
  • Customer satisfaction oriented
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Priority management and autonomy
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of customs compliance
