The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and customs compliance, with a DEC in transportation logistics or other relevant training. They will be responsible for managing the logistics of shipping goods in consolidation for national and international trade shows, collaborating with carriers and agents to define shipment conditions, and guiding companies on customs procedures.

The Logistics and Customs Coordinator will also be responsible for:

  • Validating customs documents and ensuring compliance with regulations;
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding customs compliance and regulations for food products;
  • Auditing carrier invoices and preparing documentation for billables;
  • Providing support for small parcel shipping and our shipping platform;
  • Assisting the Director in the development of new services;
  • Promoting services to clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. They will be fluent in both French and English, with a minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in the field.
