Job Summary
Canada Post is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a postal office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing mail and packages, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Mail and Package Processing: Sort, process, and deliver mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is an asset.
