We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at DRIVEX GROUP LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Office Operations
- Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Administrative Support
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Customer Service
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Work Environment
